Summary
Is America outsourcing too much of its intelligence work to private contractors? In the wake of the NSA leaks, former California Congresswoman Jane Harman says yes. Harman, a longtime member of the House Intelligence Committee and an outside adviser to the Pentagon, State Department and CIA, says some of that work needs to move back to the government.
